Waterfront Estate
This waterfront estate on the Pend Oreille River was built over a two–year period and consisted of a main residence and guest cottage as well as a detached garage with a breezeway connection to the home. A beautiful rustic aesthetic was achieved through the use of reclaimed barn wood and timbers combined with regionally sourced stone. An intricate landscape was developed to complement the structures and included a sports court and sunken fire pit area.
