PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Idagon management team relies on extensive pre-construction planning, detailed project specifications, advanced scheduling programs, thorough document control, and top-quality tradesmen to make the build process as stress free as possible. We often work with clients from other states and countries, and strong communication and document control are essential to keeping clients informed while making sure the project meets all of the design requirements.
Idagon employees perform a range of on-site work beyond management and job site supervision; these include excavation/grading, foundations, steel erection, framing, siding, window and door installation, and interior finish carpentry. We work to balance our in-house tradesmen with talented local subcontractors to achieve the best possible combination of cost, quality and time for each individual project.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Proper planning is the key to all successful building projects, and we feel our services are best utilized when we are able to interact directly with the owner and the design team early on in the process.
From site evaluations to material and building system selections to cost and schedule forecasting, the front-end involvement of the contractor is crucial to the design process as well as to building a team to make the finished project the best that it can be.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
After the project is complete, Idagon strives to make ownership as enjoyable as possible. Beyond an orientation of systems, products and maintenance procedures for the property, we are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. As part of our guarantee, we schedule an 11th-month walkthrough to take care of any cosmetic details as well as to check all systems to ensure everything is functioning as intended.
