Waterfront Estate
This waterfront estate on the Pend Oreille River was built over a two year period and consisted of a main residence, guest cottage, as well as a detached garage with a breezeway connection to the home. A beautiful rustic aesthetic was achieved through the uses of reclaimed barn wood and timbers combined with regionally sourced stone. In addition, an intricate landscape was developed to complement the structures and included a sports court and sunken fire pit area.
